CORE TEAR DOWN 2015-2019 RZR/RAN 900-1000

Please remove the following parts before shipping your core to Topline engines

Remove the following parts:

● Intake flanges/bolts
● Thermostat/housing/bolts
● Motor mounts/bolts
● All hoses
● Starter/bolts

Remove the following parts:

● Stator housing/bolts
● Water pump/bolts
● Flywheel/starter gear
● Woodruff key (located on crankshaft mag end)
● Sprag clutch
● Pin-tq limit gear (keep all washers,bolts, etc.)

Remove the following parts:

● Exhaust header/bolts
● Coolant inlet manifold/bolts
● Oil cooler/bolts
● Engine breather housing/bolts
● Oil filter
● Motor mounts/bolts
● Spark plugs
● Oil fill cap

Remove the following parts:

● Primary clutch
